These Terms of Service govern your access to the TradeVerge AI website, the TradeVerge Gold Core Expert Advisor, and any related software, downloads, licences and community areas.
1. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, installing or using our software, or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or the site.
2. Nature of the service
TradeVerge AI supplies automated trading software and educational material. We are not a broker, fund manager, or registered investment adviser. We never take custody of client funds and we do not provide personalised financial advice.
3. Licences and accounts
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, limited to the number of trading accounts stated at checkout. Licence keys are bound to account numbers and may be re-synced from your dashboard. Sharing, reselling, decompiling or redistributing the software terminates the licence without refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the community areas, impersonate staff, post unlawful content, or attempt to bypass licensing, rate limits or authentication.
5. No guarantee of results
Trading involves substantial risk. Performance figures, backtests and testimonials are informational only and are not a promise of future returns. You are solely responsible for your risk settings, broker, leverage and capital.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVerge AI LLC is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker outages, slippage, latency, or any indirect or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, the software, or pricing. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
