Refund Policy
Because licences unlock immediate access to downloadable software and an activated licence key, refunds are handled under the conditions below.
Digital delivery
Licence keys and installers are delivered instantly after payment. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that statutory cooling-off rights for digital goods may no longer apply once the licence is activated.
When we refund
We issue a full refund if the software cannot be delivered, if your licence cannot be activated due to a fault on our side and we cannot resolve it within 7 days, or if you were charged in error or duplicated a purchase.
When we do not refund
Trading losses, dissatisfaction with market results, broker or VPS issues, incorrect risk settings, or a change of mind after the licence has been activated on a live account.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback automatically suspends the associated licence key. Contact support first — most issues are resolved same day.
How to request
Email billing@tradeverge.ai with your order email and licence key. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
