License Terms
This end-user licence agreement covers the TradeVerge Gold Core Expert Advisor and any updates delivered through your account.
Grant of licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run the software on the number of MetaTrader 5 accounts included in your plan.
Activation binding
Licence keys are bound to trading account numbers at activation. You may re-sync or migrate accounts from your dashboard, subject to fair-use limits designed to prevent sharing.
Restrictions
No resale, sublicensing, rental, public distribution, reverse engineering, decompilation, or removal of licensing checks. Automated redistribution of installers is prohibited.
Updates and support
Active licences include access to new builds published in the downloads area and standard email/community support.
Termination
The licence terminates automatically on breach, chargeback, or refund. On termination you must uninstall and delete all copies.
Ownership
All intellectual property in the software, branding and documentation remains with TradeVerge AI LLC.
