AML & Sanctions Policy
TradeVerge AI does not hold client funds, but we take financial-crime prevention seriously across every transaction we process.
Scope
This policy applies to all software purchases, licence renewals and community accounts.
Payment screening
All payments are processed through Stripe, which performs identity, fraud and sanctions screening. We do not accept cash, anonymous payment instruments, or third-party payments unrelated to the account holder.
Prohibited jurisdictions and persons
We do not knowingly transact with individuals or entities on OFAC, UN, EU or UK sanctions lists, or with users located in comprehensively sanctioned territories.
Monitoring and reporting
We monitor for unusual patterns such as rapid repeat purchases, mismatched billing geographies, or licence resale activity. Suspicious activity may result in suspension and, where required by law, a report to the relevant authority.
Records
Transaction and licence records are retained for a minimum of five years in line with common AML record-keeping standards.
